Truely communicating is the key to building long lasting relationships with suppliers and this then in turn leads to win-win situations for both parties Stakeholders Your shareholders are the key stakeholders and although sound financial results are the keymost also want to feel good and proud about their investments. Alligning customers, management, employees and suppliers will generate a "buzz" around a company that scores against its competition and thus generates profit.
